We provide third party performance testing for building façade, building material & NDT to the construction industry.

With our experience, expertise and in-house facilities, we can provide a fully integrated professional service in the performance testing of curtain walls, windows, and other material testing.

All the tests are performed in our Hong Kong Laboratory as well at our PRC Branch Laboratory accredited by HOKLAS.

About Us

We have tested façade specimens of different types & size to various International Standards. Our engineers are backed with years of experience to provide the independent, professional & reliable testing service as need for the façade testing.

Testing to facade components such as glass, stainless steel spider, window hinges & locks, building sealant, stone, aluminum alloy etc. are extended into our scope of testing service.

Non Destructive Testing (NDT) to welding component is also accredited in 2005.

Material assembling the façade element will deteriorate in time after exposure to the atmosphere. Preventive façade inspection & maintenance will extend the life of the façade & avoid the high cost for major repair & the inconvenience cause to the tenant. Backed with in depth knowledge in the façade construction from design engineering, material selection to site installation will assist us to provide a professional & effective façade inspection for the building owners.

We help building owners to plan & mobile the repair & maintenance of facade element, Defects of the façade observed in the inspection will be carefully study with recommendation of repair for the owner’s consideration. We can assist the owner to select the repair contractor & follow through the repair work until completion.
